ATT to Verizon Iphone switch. How was it, any tips?

I don't want to lose my contacts, texts, pics etc. How has the verizon switch been? Network, price, seamless? I wish I could keep my old phone but I doubt that's an option.

Nobody is doing it because nobody is stupid enough to be locked into a 2 year contract with a 2 year old Iphone when a new one is coming out in 3 months.

Just wondering: Is call quality really bad with AT&T everywhere, or just everywhere that I've lived?

I switched to a Droid on Verizon from a standard phone on AT&T. I had to reenter my contacts, but I also use google voice now so it was worth the effort to have my contacts on hand from any computer and the visual voice mail that I can use for free.
