They have to design those things so that retards with horrible case temps can put them in and have them work fine. So yes they may get "hot", as in hot to touch, but not that it can't work fine at those temps. I don't know what my 9800Pro temps were since it didn't seem to have a temp monitor, but even overclocking it to 395/355 (never tried any higher) it still worked normally.
