I've just talked to two attws representative tonight to get my 60 additional blackout minutes and the roaming charge!!!
after 26mins on hold, first representative is a dumbass and he doesn't know what the hell he is doing! he should get fired! att got bad reputation because of the lamer like him!
I told him to take a look on the roaming charge which charged me $.065 for 1 minute. I was in buffalo, ny all the time and I got a roaming charge saying I made a call in Syracuse. He said he can do nothing about it. duh, it is 160miles away from buffalo! so...fine, only $.65. I asked him where is my 60 additional blackout minutes for this billing cycle. I made the call to get it during aug. He said no and I have to call a number to get it. that's fine, I am going to call that number and get the minutes again.
dailed that number and it said I've already registered, so I recorded it and call att again
after 20mins on hold, this representative is very NICE! so I asked her for the blackout minutes which are missing for this month. without asking me to call that number again, she said she was going to add 60mins to my account! After a few minutes, 60 minutes added. so I asked her for the roaming charge. I told her I was in buffalo all the time and never been to syracuse, so she credit my account for that charge! yay
the minutes on hold were worth spent, even though the first rep is a dick!
