ATT raising price for 7/7, what are best ISP alternatives?

Just got a letter that ATT is raising the price for the 7/7 plan (7 cents per minute for long distance calls and internet service) to $14.95.

I'm trying to decide whether to stay with ATT or change to another ISP.

Are there any good, cheaper alternatives?
