Some things are always jacked up, my paycheck for instance, but they usually fall 50/50, I'm ahead half of the time, employer the other half, so I usually let it slide. I swore off AT&T after a few years because every damn billing error was in their favor and it was a hassle to get it fixed every month.

This lawsuit just dealt with iOS devices, but I have no doubt they do the same with Android and other mobile OS's as well.

This type of shady accounting practices seems pretty common in the whole telecom industry, even if its by minute amounts when you multiply it by the amount of customers you have its add's up.

Another reason that the T-mobile and ATT merger should NOT happen. Tmobile unlimited data ftw!
