this is pretty f'd up....apparently, this has been broke since last December and it still has not been fixed...

I bought a Gear S back in February...never really messed with forwarding the calls from my Note 4 to the watch...
Text messages were forwarded with no problems and when the watch was tethered to the phone via blue tooth, both would ring when a call was made to the Note 4...
This weekend, I wanted to leave my Note 4 at home so I finally tried to setup it up and couldn't get it to work....I would get a message on the Gear S saying it was unable to forward calls from my mobile device. I went to the ATT store tonight and got a new sim card (if you go into the Note 4 Call settings and click on the More Settings, I get a ERROR - Network or SIM card error)...still didn't work...
After a quick google search, I found a few articles about this issue...
I mainly want the Gear S to have a phone when I go out jogging (I used to carry a small samsung flip with a prepaid plan) but it would be nice if the fowarding feature worked...
Any ATT users here with a Gear S?
