ATT IMEI blacklist?

So I have an iphone 4 I found about a year ago smashed on the ground, I took it home and it seemed to be working still so I replaced the screen and it booted just fine and seems to work ok. I needed to replace some more stuff on it to get it fully working (camera is busted on the back, home button is broken) but I wanted to make sure it was working before I put any more money into it and I am wondering if the IMEI might have been blacklisted by ATT, is there a known good site to check this? I tried googling and all the sites that come up seem kind of shady.

Hmm actually it says it's not blacklisted according to that site, won't like me activate it though. Might be because it's still partially in pieces still.
