What if it was a guy that traveled 900 miles to confront another guy about a girl they're both involved with.

How would things look differently, if any?
 
i don't think it'd be much different, now if it were a gay thing, then it's just be those crazy gays! 🙂

They would just kill the woman or something 🙂

Women are more emotional about stuff like this, thus more crazy.
