Atrocious CPU-related 3dmark '11 scores. What gives?

My GPU score is inline with where it should be, but my other scores are catastrophic and for the life of me I can't figure out why. All I've done with regard to the CPU is drop the voltage from AMD's overly generous levels and disable Turbo Core.

Anybody have any ideas? Because I suspect this is affecting me in more applications than just 3dmark.

I wonder if some kind of weird throttling is occuring during the bench?

Do you get the expected score when you leave turbo enabled and set the voltage to stock?

Put it back to AMD's "overly generous" setting!

Just did. Whole system crashes as soon as I start 3dmark because I'm unable to manually set voltages to where they need to be in order to accommodate the 2133 RAM clock and high GPU clock.

What's another good bench I can run to see whether or not this is a 3dmark-specific fluke?
