In your opinion, what was the best video of the 90's?

I was watching the top 100 videos of the 90's on VH-1 and didn't agree with them on some of their nominations. For instance, they had Smell Like Teen Spirits as number one. Don't get me wrong, that is an awesome song, but I didn't think the video was worthy of the number one slot.

Now, onto my nomination: Virtual Insanity
I love how this video expressed the song without even hearing the lyrics.

Edit: Second nomination - Tonight, tonight (Smashing pumpkins)

le sigh. I'll go ahead and say Rick Astley, but I doubt it's going to stop it from being posted. The possibility will keep me from clicking on any of your links.

Dude, Rick Astley is so 80's. This is the 90's we're talking about and no, you won't get Rick Rolled from me, again.

they should have had another series where they actually played the videos instead of just talking about them with a few clips here and there.

For once I completely agree with the #1 slot in a countdown like that. Smells Like Teen Spirit was so damn defining of the times, and the musical direction of the era that nothing else even comes close.

Not exactly my favorite band, but I 100% agree with the selection.

terrible band, but damn, they are hot.

You may as well have posted this in the Philip Rivers is a douche thread... it would have been just as relevant there.

Last time I checked, 2002 (which is when this song was released) was not the 90's. And last time I checked, two chicks pretending to be lesbo's while belting out a crappy song does not an awesome video make.

Not videos per se, but the MTV "Jimmy the Cabdriver" commercial series *for* videos starring Donal Logue was epic.
