Hi guys,
Every month we have a pot luck here at work. I forgot it was today and will need / want to whip something together really quickly. The last time this happened, I went to the super market right down the road and made a spinach artichoke dip which went over well. With the following constraints, what would you suggest that is quick / easy and good tasting?
-Has to be possible to make in my breakroom which has a microwave and a toaster oven
-I have an entire super market at my disposal, so ingredients aren't much of an issue, but I'm not going to buy spices, etc. I'm trying to keep the costs reasonable (i.e. I'm not going to drop money on stuff like garlic powder, etc) so the spices should be kept to salt / pepper
-I have plastic utensils and a couple of bowls at my disposal, so chopping and prep need to be kept to a minimum.
The spinach artichoke dip worked well because it was basically "Add spinach, sour cream, canned artichoke hearts and cheese" and I was able to bake it in the toaster oven. I need more ideas like this. Let's hear what you have to suggest!!
