He's using a <shudder> Gateway computer! :Q

I don't know where he went wrong, he used to be such a fine man, but somehow he has taken the low road to Gateway.

Is there anything we can do, as a community, to help him?

*wonders if he should reveal he's using a Dell Dimension 4600 with Dell 1900FP LCD?*

This is what happens when you get involved with HappyPuppy. Please...please...please...friends don't let friends associate with HappyPuppy and use Gateways!

Hey it's friggin working :D

It replaces a Dell POS that had been so infected by spyware that it took out the hard drive. Since the people I am staying with this weekend wanted a new compy, we got this.

Not bad really. Has an Intel 3.2 HT processor, a 200 gb serial ATA drive, a decent 128 mg ATI drive and a gig of RAM.

Also got a SyncMaster 712n which is touted to have a 12ms response time. Looks pretty good to me.

HappyPuppy is just jealous because his PII is acting up :p

Well, downloading Asherons Call2 and Doom3

If this goes well, I may have to build an AMD 64 system so I can play the newest and greatest :D
