When did a Nef become a Neff?

I think the Mod was hitting the keyboard so hard that the F key is stuck.

I tend to smack my keys around when I get ticked off too.

i dunno. i've seen the mods spell it neff a few times now. maybe we've been wrong all this time. if it's spelled neff with double f's, then does that mean that just a simple nef is okay?

I have a feeling that theads that discuss the fine grammatical points of nef will turn into nef threads and be locked as well.

Well think about it, Nef is short and to the point, while Neff is more drawn out. I think Nef is the only way to go, Neff is just llama-like (no offense mods)

I dunno, but it pleases me immensely. There's a person who forever holds a place in my colon named Neff, and I found it humorous that an insult that describes his incessant bablle to a "T" could be so close to his name....
And so easily screwed up into his name!

i think the term itself comes from the name of a former member. He/she was the first nef, we are the deciples.
