Can someone help me out here? Some asshat on another site is claiming to be "the youngest man ever to receive a PhD." Obviously it's not true, given his tenuous grasp of grammar, but I'd like to fry him none the less. Can't seem to find anything on it on google, anyone have a clue what the name of the real "youngest person ever to receive a PhD" is?
 
From where? Anybody can get a Ph.D - just send $500 to one of those "unaccedited universities" you get in your spam. Besides, there are different levels to Ph.D programs, as you'd expect. People with doctorates from top European universities like in Paris or in the UK tend to laugh at the majority of US Ph.D programs...besides the obvious exceptions.

Actually, the European Ph.D. programs are usually considered far less rigorous.
