As a handful of you know... I spilled a diet cola on my desktop and it ran straight down into the keyboard tray and into my keyboard (Das Keyboard 4 Professional) a month ago. I resigned that it a new one was needed. (Love the new one!) However, I decided to try to resurrect the old board (2018). I bought a big jug of distilled water. Took off all the key caps and washed them in soapy water. Let the caps dry on paper towels while I took a toothbrush to the crap underneath those key caps. Blech! Then I poured the distilled water over the keyboard while I scrubbed with the toothbursh and pushed the switches. Next, I took the keyboard apart further and broke out the isopropyl and Q-tips and got to work on that sticky circuit board. Celebrated Veteran's day today by taking off from work and getting my freebies. Went and visted the missus at the cemetery. Put the keyboard back together and fired it up. It worked! No sticky keys and no double characters! It's a $200 keyboard so, yes, I am fixiing it if I can!
