Hand diced pepperoni, bacon, fresh chopped mushrooms, (my own) tomato sauce, fresh grated Parmesan and Romano, fresh shredded mozz, provolone and smoked Gouda. Drizzled some EVOO after it came out of the oven.

I never even considered this but that deck camera is going to be great to see the cats looking outside lol. It's so entertaining to watch the orange one going nuts. I don't get to see them active like that if I go up to them as they get distracted by me being there. Once the weather is nice and I open the patio door the mic might even pickup the ekekekekek.

Can't recall if I ever posted this but got 2 Annke C800 cameras, and got 2 more recently.

These are actually pretty nice for the price and simple to setup, and no phone app, cloud or other nonsense required, just a basic web interface, which is getting rarer now days with tech products. They're on sale right now too... tempting to get more.

Got all 4 going now as a test running off a basic desktop 10/100 PoE switch. Deck one is actually installed in it's permanent location, and I will probably keep one for wood stove too but set it up more permanent as right now it's just on a table. Getting ready to insulate inside of the garage so been running the appropriate conduits and wiring for the outside cameras and other electrical stuff that can be done from there before I close stuff up. Always wanted to do this, so finally getting to it now.

I have 2 to install in the front of the house and at another point I'll install one or more in the back yard to get other angles. Seems overkill but if I'm going to put security cameras, I'm going to cover all entry points. No sense in having a weakness as if someone is going to break in they'll just bypass the cameras and use that route.

Crime is not super bad in my specific neighbourhood but it does happen, got hit a few times but they didn't really take anything and some attempts failed completely, probably got spooked by a noise before they got in. Now I'll be able to actually have eyes on that. Will also be interesting to see what kind of wildlife I get around here.

Will set these up in zone minder then look into how I can access from my phone too, probably just VPN.

Just updated my motherboard's bios. It still amazes me how easy it is to do these days. I remember back in the day it was quite a bit more difficult to do.
