I started a new job last week. I've hated the mouse that they provided . So, I'm in the owners office the other day. He wants me to teach me something and has me bring a chair over to sit next to him. I exclaim, "I've got that mouse!" He was using an MX Master 3, the exact mouse I use at home. I remembered that I used to have the original MX Master previously. So, I'm searching through some 30 boxes tonight. No luck. Then, I try to look through some lower shelves. I find the MX Master 3 box. Right below it is the original MX Master in it's box, along with the bluetooth USB dongle. I'll bet it needs a new battery. I'll have to send off for that. It's cheaper than a new mouse. Only thing, it recharges via microUSB. You guys know how much I wanted to go to one cable.

My eldest kid is a software engineer and just got promoted to tech lead of her dream job. I'm overseas by myself and had to tell someone. Drinks are on me!

Hey, if I only make it to 5000 posts when the forum officially dies, would I be a Half-Lifer?

Made some mango habanero sauce for the first time tonight. I plan on using it on my pizza this weekend. Super yummy and it has some serious heat!

Mango chutney?
I did the different this week (on the pizza). I made mango habanero sauce from scratch. The sauce solidified and separated overnight in the fridge. I emptied my containers of the sauce into a pan and added some cornstarch this evening to help thicken up the sauce. I brought it to a boil (briefly) and then turned it way down as I let it simmer. I definitely thickened up with 3 tsp cornstarch. The heat must have taken away just enough of the heat to make it enjoyable to eat.

Chicken breast, red onion and bacon on a base of olive oil, oregano, fresh garlic and fresh shredded low moisture whole milk mozzarella and provolone. I drizzled a spiral of (my own) mango habanero sauce and sprinkled fresh chopped parsley to make it pretty!
