Bull. Someone printed the shipping label and went back to drinking the bong water. The label is probably still sitting on the printer.

I've had "Out for delivery" then 5 minutes later "attempted delivery fail". I was like "suuuuure". Someone going crazy with the scanner to meet quotas. They did deliver it the next day though.
 
I received a notification from Amazon that an Item I ordered may be lost. I do have the option of canceling the order and placing a new one…for $50 more than I originally paid. If a B&M store did this they’d be out of business in a year. Which is why about 50% of my non-grocery related spending is now with B&M stores - even if I still do most of my shopping there online. If something goes wrong - I just drive over or call and get to talk to an actual human being who will kindly fix their mistake.
 
I had a similar incident happen, but the package was out for delivery then marked as damaged and sent back. The annoying part is that I had to contact them to get a refund. That should be automatic. Or have an option to simply "resend" and you pay whatever you paid the first time, even if a sale is done.

Bacon, mushrooms, and pepperoni. Although there's no rule as to what the pepperoni is made from...

There's a place here that also makes Pizza Poutine. Basically it's pizza toppings, but in a poutine. Have not had it in a while though. Back when I worked help desk we used to eat so horribly, and order stuff in all the time.
 
Heard some buzzing coming from a hydro pole and looked up and the high voltage line was arcing randomly at the isolators where it transitions into an underground cable. Think it was arcing to the ground shield, at least I presume those cables have a shield. Was rather interesting to see, I reported it to Hydro One so they'll go check it out.
