Made a supreme pizza tonight. 3 meats and 4 veggies. This was my best crust yet! It was sooooo good. Super yummy!

Hand-sliced pepperoni, andouille sausage, Italian sausage, green pepper, baby bella mushrooms, red onion, black olives, my own tomator sauce, low moisture whole milk mozzarella and parmesan.

Geez, 12F when I went to put gas in the car. Thankfully there was only a mild breeze (IDK - maybe 8F w/windchill). Big lesson for me - do not trim the short and curlies in December - old one eye was not happy.

I guess that I shouldn't have taken that stop sign.
Ooo, that's another good story.

I ended up dating this Russian girl for several years. Since she grew up in Moscow, she never learned to drive. That was fine since when we met, she was working as a researcher at Columbia Pres. in Washington Heights. Some amazing views from her apt.

Anyway, being a molecular biologist, it was inevitable that she would end up in NJ - Pharm capital of the world. That's really why they call us the Garden State (hehehehe).

So while I was paying for her to learn to drive, I was shuttling her to work everyday. The route I chose took me thru some residential back streets. That particular street had the right of way except for this one intersection where I had a stop sign.

The problem was that the town hadn't been very careful about keeping tree limbs out of the way of the stop sign. So I just blew threw that with my 92 Civic Si hatchback and smacked into a Toyota pickup (this was before they came out with their GMC/Ram competitor behemoths.

No detectable damage to the Toyota while my car looked like it had kissed a tree.

I ran into so many new yorkers who never learned how to drive.

Now I run into LA'ers who can't drive but not due to the lack of learning

Just made another batch of pizza dough. Seems like not enough time in the day. I still have to clean toilets. My home is otherwise pretty clean.

Do you run a pizza shop or do you actually make/eat pizza at home that often? You gonna get diabeetus! I guess I shouldn't talk, I don't eat all that great either lol.
