16 of the past 19 weekend here in NH have been rainy and cloudy. I noticed that I wasn't looking forward to the weekend as much as usual, now I know why.
 
Revising my backup jobs. This setup is turning into a bit of a mess, since lot of the jobs are now bigger than a single drive so I have to split stuff up. Been planing of completely revamping this setup and I think its time. I have a ton of oddball sized hard drives that I'd like to make use of but my current setup doesn't work well with small drives. New setup will handle spanning jobs over multiple drives and also handle retention and such.
 
Probably look at a LTO6 drive too, they are coming down and price and 2.5TB is a half decent size for archiving data. I'd use it mostly for long term backup/archiving and keep using the drives for short term.
