I wonder if we ever get to Europa and find an advanced intellectual species that just aren't bunch of nosey assholes like SOME sentients.

It ain’t the bottled water that is creating the shortage. It’s the irrigation water for cattle feed and growing iceberg lettuce in the desert that’s the problem.
The bottled water is creating a massive trash problem though.

Yeah I know, but this is not helping. They need to reset water rights there. Almond growing uses a ridiculous amount of water as well. Something like 12L per almond.

Yes. But Cali is always fighting monied interests and an outdated water rights system. It’s a shit sandwich right now.
