My late wife believed that dreams have meaning. Last night, she appeared twice in my dreams. It was so vivid. The second one was incredible. Like a bright hazy orb skirting my bed. I really thought it was her.

I hadn't weighed myself in quite awhile. 170. Seems that I have gained over 20 pounds since 2020. I'm on Day 8 of no alcohol, no sweets. Did some maintenance on my treadmill this past week. Feels good to get a cardio. Worked out twice yesterday.
