I made a pizza tonight using a new dough recipe. I made dough last week, divided into six parts and froze all but one. Took one out on Wednesday and let it thaw out in the refrigerator. Put it on the counter before I left for work today. Made the pizza tonight. Turned out pretty good. The ziplock freezer bag made the expanding dough oblong, so I didn't have a perfect circle. Was pretty tasty though. I'm experimenting with temps and times. Buttered the crust before baking.I'm craving a baconator, I should go get that now before they close.
