Not sure if heat broken, or A/C is running... it's that weird time of year where both can run at same time.

I'm pretty sure W relay is heat, and that's the one that's on now, but it's cold air. I put heat on the thermostat then it stopped, so that's another good indicator. So think the heat broke again.

Might have to call it in. I got a portable heater blowing on me now, the extension cords were still out from last time the heat broke. Don't want to plug a heater into the cubicle... lol.

It is just cycling the air since it is warm enough.

We had to get them to turn that off, since it brings in outside air too so it was always super cold. At one time it dropped to single digits in here.

But what's happening is the heater fails to start so it runs the fan and just stays stuck because it never reaches the heat threshold. At first I thought it was A/C coming on but when it got to 19 it never stopped I realized it was probably trying to call for heat but the heat part never turned on. Blowing hot air on the thermostat just enough to hit the setpoint was enough to reset it then the heat came on. I guess there's an issue with the flame not always starting.

They're suppose to replace the whole unit soon but they can't get on the roof because there's too much snow blocking the door.

Lol says the guy who puts like 7 grand on his visa every month. :p

Went to see it but it started acting up so told him if he gets it running I'll go check it again. He suspects it's carb or just bad fuel. When it did run it seem to run fine then it started acting up. Probably needs to have clean fuel run through it. Assuming it's not another issue. So if he gets it going I may go for it but I'll offer like 3k just knowing that I could end up having to put money into it. It's a Suzuki King Quad model meant for pulling stuff and be used as utility ATV, so exactly what I need. I eventually want to learn more how to work on that sort of thing but for now I just need something that works so if I do have issues I may get it serviced.

I plan to spend 10k on my property this summer, but ideally not more than that. The saw mill is going to be the big expense. And gas to run it and the ATV...

In the long run this will pay for itself since my goal is to mill my own lumber and I need a way to move the logs around. I was contemplating doing it by hand but I will regret that after the first log I move.

As a side note I almost got to see Doug Ford lol. He was here for a photo op, I passed by this exact location and news was still there.

Yeah as nice as it is to see it back I don't know how profitable it will be if at all. IMO they should use it for freight too, have a separate train for that which can run between the passenger one. I don't know how the logistics of that work out though maybe it's not that easy to do.

There is freight train to Timmins. Ford is talking about passenger service. I just don't see the numbers for it.

Crazy to think that this pretty much quadrupled in value since it was originally bought.

I should have bought more lumber instead of getting into the stockmarket lol. I can seriously sell this at a profit, but I'll probably need some of it when working on the garage so I'll keep it.
