I just updated Windows 10 21H1. Evidently, my ransomware software was preventing the update. After updating that, I was able to download and install the latest M$ updates. Unfortunately, I had to reboot my PC for the first time in over 120 days. Boooooooooo!

I finally discovered the "frozen" button on the toaster oven. It's supposed to be a "smart" convection oven (Breville). So all of this time that I've been adding minutes to the oven's timer may have been a waste. However, I'm not yet convinced that it actually works. Tried to bake some puff pastries from ShopRite and the crust was still mushy, even at 10 min, in convection mode at 400F - following box instructions. Convection mode usually way over cooks things. So this may or may not be my xmas miracle. Hahaha.
