Edit 2: ^ That's bullshit. There's no way to get that view from that building. I'm going back to 111 Wall St.

I thought this article was very interesting, cuz it highlights problems a lot of people have brought up, and were often ignored.


While it amuses me that three of the eleven ideas are Microsoft efforts and the list appears on MSN, the list misses the heavy hitters.

1) <== yes, number one, the worst - Call as needed, no set schedule scheduling. Tens of millions of workers don't know on Monday what days they will be working that week. It's total bullshit. Employers should be ashamed of themselves and lawmakers need to step in and address this market failure.
