Edmonton lost... again. Down 3-0 to Winnipeg. That's going to be a tough climb to get out of that hole.

If Bruins end up playing the Leafs at some point can we just declare them winner and skip all that, it will be less painful to watch. :p

Yeah, I don't see the make believes as winning that series. You all were sheltered this year, just playing the Canadian teams. My biggest worry is Pittsburgh and Tampa.

There's a 40 acre about 2 hours south from here for 25k. No road access but by looking on Google Maps I don't think there is that much road that needs to be built to get to it. At 25k I can basically buy it cash if I cash in part of my espp shares. Even if building a road ends up costing me like 5-10k it's still a bargain. 2 lakes nearby too.

Downside is that it's south, and 2 hours away... but this is the best thing to come up in like a year. So I think I need to at least take the drive and go see it. There's a smaller lake front in that same area too may as well go see that one too. Heck, I can almost afford to buy both if I can talk down the price. Best to pick one and stick with it though. If the lakes have a public boat launch then I can do the 40 acres, if there's no public boat launch I can consider the lake front one. It's small but still bigger than lot of other lake fronts I've seen.

Well that 40 acre sold.

It had been on the market for a few days though so I did have my chance, but deep down I wanted to wait for something more north anyway.

Got my new thrash drives today. I usually put a label on the backside of the drive so I know what each drive is. I think I need to recover my fonts from my previous build before I can do that.

In all the fine print on the labels, it seems that the one on the right is only 3Gb/s. The other two are 6Gb/s. I don't think it matters. I'm going to take tomorrow off and contact the seller (3rd party through Amazon). I'll keep the drive. It's just going to be a thrash (bt download) drive. But I did order the 6Gb/s. WWBD?

Windows 10 didn't take them all. Up to 1,756 fonts. Probably more than enough. I'm probably going to be missing something. Who knows when it will come up in the future?

I need to look into font packs for Linux. Linux comes with some rather mediocre fonts, there's like 100+ and they mostly all look the same except for like 5 variations.

I actually imported the Windows fonts once and it worked but I think it had caused weird issues at some point.

I returned the lone 3Gb/s drive. I figured I should get what I ordered. Amazon makes it pretty painless. Already dropped it off at the UPS Store. Let's see if they can send me the correct drive this time. *crosses fingers*
