I got the ac problem taken care of. Tried a new shop. I met the guy at a wings restaurant about a month ago. I told him that I do a lot of my car's maintenance/repairs myself. But this was the right time to have someone else troubleshoot the issue. Turns out that the ground to the fan assembly was shorted out. Mechanic installed a new ground for the fan assembly. They were professional and did the repair exactly how I would. Well, if I had a garage and infinite patience. :p

Basically, the condenser fan was coming on intermittently or not at all. That's why the ac was warmer at idle.

I also found a guy this week that can do repairs on the side. Good resources. It's hard to find a good mechanic that looks out for your interest and is honest. I will be back at some point.

Nice it was just electrical and not something worse like a freon leak.

I'd honestly like to learn how to work on cars at some point, I just want a proper work area for it. Need a bigger property for that, my current garage is way too small and there's no room to build a proper sized one.

I want to build like a 10 car garage and have project cars and stuff. And other non car related projects. I just want lot of room.

What they consider a 1 car garage these days is basically that it's big enough to park a car in it, it does not mean you can open the door to get out or have room to walk around the car to work on it.

Just need to find land in an unorganized township. Then I can build what I want. Just the cost of lumber. No permits or tax increases etc to deal with.

I do need to look at a secondary income though... I don't have money left over for any hobby at this point and every year I have less and less money left over since everything keeps going up. Even if I secure the land it will be a while until I can afford to build anything not to mention my credit will be maxed. I probably should wait until the house is paid but I'll be almost 40 then. I'll be too old to really do anything drastic like buying another property.

No I'm looking for something with road access already, they do come up. There's tons of remote ones that require a boat or ATV but I'm not considering those, I want a road to be able to get there. Gravel is fine, as long as I can drive a truck there.

Was looking at this one, but I was going to go see it so I checked with realtor to make sure it's not sold as sometimes they don't update the site, but looks like it sold.

Taxes are a tad high for unorganized though, normally it's closer to $100. But still, $350 per year is less than what I pay per month here.
