I was sent down by My employer to Texas in the Mid '90s for a week long class on Toshiba Variable Speed AC Motor Controls !
After class the first day , driving back to the hotel , I pulled in for an early supper and ordered Crawdad Gumbo !
A large bowl , it was Delicious . When the waiter asked if I wanted desert , I said How 'bout another bowl. He smiled 'n said OK. When I finished I had a Third !
The waiter and host were apparently impressed and comp'ed me the two extra bowls 🙂
 
We managed to dodge that snow. Only got like 1cm. It's snowing now but not really that hard. Still crazy to go from being able to wear shorts to needing a winter coat again though. Suppose to go back up to like 22 in a few days, I hate this up and down though, wish it would be more stable.

It's 77 and simply gorgeous outside. Two hours to go for me.
