Think I need to up my medication dose but will wait a bit more. Finally my counselor appointment is tomorrow, feels like I've been waiting forever. Will see what he says and if he can diagnose wtf is wrong with me. I hope it's SAD and not something more serious. At least SAD should eventually go away as I get more vitamin D. Some people with depression/anxiety have it forever and have to always be medicated and I really hope that won't be the case for me.

Super hot out today, went for a walk and probably should have put shorts on, but it's nice to be able to be out without a parka. 15C according to weather network. Snow is melting nicely. Would be nice if it stayed that way till summer.
