That's American. If you put amazon.ca then it says it's unavailable. Though I'm surprised Poweredge ram is going for that cheap. Usually ram for "Brand name" servers tends to be super expensive. That's why I always end up going Supermicro route as the generic ECC ram is cheaper. Some models of Poweredge will take regular ECC ram but it's kind of hit and miss and you won't know until you try or find specific info online saying it will work.
A single 4GB stick of Kingston seems to be going for close to $100:

I'm factoring shipping into my price too. $20-$30 give or take depending where it's going. I find it's better to just offer free shipping, I know me personally I always go for the free shipping options if I can find them.
But if it does not sell then I'll put it lower. This ECC ram is going to be hard to sell in general anyway. Most people looking for that are probably going to be buying much larger sticks from an actual retailer and not on Ebay.
I don't even recall when or why I bought ram in such small amounts and never used it. I just came across it in my storage. It's not even DDR4.
