Got some progress done on the shed, took longer than I wanted to and the walls arn't even done then had to cut my work short to go to a supper. Was a nice day to work otherwise, was hoping to at least finish the walls though so that they stand on their own without bracing. I have a few things not lining up right so I need to look at that tomorrow.

Getting hit with a snow storm now, but I hope it slows down by morning and that there's not too much wind. They're only announcing 10cm but there's no way it's going to be only that. I had to go get something I forgot in the car and there was already like 2 cm on the car and I got here 15 minutes ago. At least I don't have to worry about my plywood floor getting wet though. It's just going to add lot of extra work to have to shovel my work area every time.

Also tested the outlet outside and it's not GFCI, so that's kinda a bummer, it's a more complicated job than just a switch out too because it's a non decora style so I'd have to change the entire protective box. Don't want to do that in the cold. Just need to be more careful with my tools is all.

Lol at this rate pretty much. Between having to wait for a day it does not rain, and actually getting time off that is unobstructed it seems like a feat. Should have been done a long time ago. One thing about doing it in winter is the days are much shorter too. Pretty much have to pack up by 5. Though my eyes kind of stay adjusted so I only realize how dark it is if I go inside then back out.

Next time I want to build an outdoor structure I'm renting one of those big party tents and putting it together first, then building inside of it.

Lol of course, speacial weather statement now. I can't catch a break with the stupid weather. I just need like 3-4 NORMAL days FFS! It's either pouring rain or it's a blizzard.

First claimed I verbally said there was a "ULT" in my last name. Second time they just added a T to the passport, and still didn't correct my passport card from error 1. I had taken a bus from Portland to Seattle, waited all day, was the last person in the office and they STILL messed it up the second time. Third time's a charm. I almost missed my bus back home.
Give them a break. Do you realize how rare a name like Scholzpdx is? :D

The PDX is polish, can't you tell?
