Kept forgetting to buy distilled water, finally did so today, my 2nd battery bank was in need of maintenance. Good thing I didn't wait any longer, some of the internal bus bars were exposed. Thankfully the plates were ok.

Now I switched the charger to just that battery bank for a bit, then I'll turn up the other bank. I should probably set myself a reminder to do this like every 6 months or something. I tend to do it just whenever, no schedule.

I have no idea if it's a good idea to put poms in banana bread, but I'm about to find out.

I bought some for snacking on but they are just too messy of a snack, like fingers get all wet/gooey so they are more fit to just go into something and not to act as a finger snack. Going to make banana bread muffins and I'll throw them in.

Hopefully this does not end in disaster, but we'll see. 😛

It's taking every effort in the world to get this butter to melt. The more I mix this bowl the colder the mix gets, this is messed. Some kind of endothermic reaction going on. Clocked it at 15 degrees.

This is why I normally use margerine lol. But I figured I would try real butter. I think next time I'd have to premelt it in a separate bowl or something then throw in it last minute and mix it in really fast.

Turned the oven on and got it to around 60C in there and shoved the whole bowl in lol. Not sure what is the melting point of plastic... hopefully it's higher. 😛
