I'm so hacked with Project Fi. Attempted to order a replacement device under insurance two weeks ago. Keep having my order cancelled. Finally, my order was not being cancelled, but the device wasn't ever shipping out. Called and cancelled them today. May return the device for a refund. /rant

No. OOS. Discontinued model. The CSRs don't know any information on when they will be available. The CSRs are friendly and knowledgeable. It's Google that doesn't know what they are doing. If I had the money I'd just buy a new handset and be done with it. Poor right now.

Well tell them if they don't have the one you are supposed to get they can give you the next one up

It was their flagship phone. No, they didn't offer to give me their current flagship phone. I did get an offer of a refund, but that would mean not having a handset while the whole process takes place. I have an old Note 3 handset. However, you can only use certain models with their service that automatically switches between WiFi and three cellular carriers. Nice when it works.

You're preaching to the choir. They advised me to keep in the queue. I told them I had run out of patience. I cancelled my order and will think of getting a refund. If that happens, I may just look elsewhere for service.
