Bought a AM/FM/Shortwave radio off Amazon and it came in the other day. Playing around with it now, I'm actually picking stuff up on shortwave! A Catholic radio station called EWTN. According to Wikipedia the transmitter is in Birmingham, but they don't mention the state. Either Michigan, or Massachusetts. Pretty cool that I can pick stuff up from so far away. Done it with AM too before, tend to pickup in that general area too, and Toronto. Seems to be optimal for skip propagation to work to here.

Time to see what else I can find.

Decided to stay up after my night shift since I only get 2 days before I need to go back on days. Too hard to switch back to day mode that fast if I go to bed as I'd be getting up late making it hard to go to bed early and cycle just repeats.

But it's only like 10 and I'm already starting to regret that decision. The timmy's did not help much.
