It's kind of mind boggling how much calories a lot of food is vs how much work you need to do to burn it. I sometimes wonder why I'm not fat because I sure as hell don't work out enough to burn everything I eat in a day. A typical fast food meal is in the thousands of calories and that would require hours of work out. I do work out though but not really regularly.
