tired nef. 1 day shift down, 3 more to go... I'm so used to nights now, the day shifts kill me. But I still like to work some days as nights can be a bit anti social.
 
Making carrots and ham... totally not really something that goes together as a meal, but w/e. The challenge of trying to eat healthy is trying to come up with real meals... I figured as a start I can just throw stuff together... Better than eating fast food I guess.

Hmmm salt. I try to refrain from adding it to stuff though, but lot of stuff I eat does tend to have lot of salt by nature. The ham probably does.
 
If he is switching from canned corned beef it is healthier :biggrin:

Mostly switching from fastfood / processed food, so it's a start. I also don't eat it every day, but because I bought some I kind of have to finish it before it goes bad. I put some in the freezer though. I've been eating mostly chicken but that gets old, so need to switch it up at times.

Make stock, freeze stock in smaller portions, use when needed.
