Outlook is such a piece of complete garbage. Completely randomly it decides that it does not want to talk to the exchange server anymore. So I restart it. Now it just gets stuck at loading profile. Piece of crap software.

Most off premise exchange issues with outlook arise from bad or misconfigured autodiscover records, ssl issues, even a firewall!
