our tax software is cloud based. so we work online 24/7. It's crawling today.

I called time warner to upgrade our speeds - they showed up yesterday and made it a hundred times worse. we were at 15 & 2. upgrade was for 35 & 5 (business class)

Jeez, I max out my connection often enough I am contemplating getting 75/50 for like $10 more a month.
