and the bad thing is, no one really cares if I mess up. I am the one who cares. I get pissed when I screw up. When other people mess up, its no big deal. When I mess up, I'm pissed for days.

The other day we found out that I made a mistake and sent the wrong terminal to a store. It ended up costing us $1100 in credits to that customer. No one even said a word to me. When I asked my boss about she just said "things happen. No worries"

Screw that...YELL AT ME or something.

If I went into the owner's office and told him I broke a machine, he would just ask if I need more tools. Its weird how laid back everyone is. And sometimes it pisses me off.

If you already beat yourself up over it, do you really need someone else to chew you out for it?

That was my last job. Not only did I beat myself up for minor errors that I made on a regular basis. But when my boss would notice them he'd chew me out for up to 30min at a time.
Most days, I didn't want to wake up, get out of bed & go to work just because of that shit happening all the fucking time.
