still trying to find a good one liner to summarize the reason for my most recent breakup.

"he was never able to figure out how to fit me into his life" sounds kinda whiney (if true)

and "we had irreconcilable differences; he didn't feel like he had room in his life for a relationship, and I felt like if he wanted to make it work, he'd find the room" sounds complicated.

and both make me sound needy, which is totally not the case.

work emails are funny.

"I request that this issue please get escalated to someone who knows what they're talking about." (sent by one of my coworkers, directed at HP)

That email needs to be sent to a grammar nazi.

I hate tentative plans.

if I knew for sure that this guy was going to flake on me (and I kinda suspect he is), I'd go out and run errands/have lunch with my friend.

lunch date hookup > hanging out with my best friend, but I'd rather hang out with my best friend than sit around my apartment playing video games all day.

eh. fuck it. left the ball in his court.

"I'm running out the door to run errands/TCB, but if you want to hang out today, just text me. I'll be around."

Apparently this Amazon seller would rather take their neg feedback rather than respond & resolve my claim.

Ordered "new" item. Was well-used. No packaging. Instructions. Paper work. Scoffed up in a couple places. Something is rattling inside, I was expecting it to be broke. So I'm glad it does work.
IDC at this point. It works & does what it needs to. I was going to request partial refund. I'm not sure how else to file a claim complaint with this person through Amazon?
Finding a dispute option on eBay/Paypal is a lot easier in comparison it seems.

*Loki in GameStop*

employee: hi, can I help you with anything?
Loki: yes, I'd like to buy a PS3.
employee: well, personally I'm really a fan of the Xbox 360.
Loki: ummmmm. can you please just go behind the counter and get it for me so I can give you my money?

(at this point, the employee got a glazed look over her eyes and kinda wandered away... I stood around dumbfounded for a minute, hoping she was going back to retrieve the console for me, but then I saw her talking with another customer while I stood in the middle of the store)
