Just some of the logic is horrible. Well other teams are doing it so why does it matter/1???elveennty
 
Boss was gone or busy most of yesterday.
Soon as he walked in he had an appointment about advertising.
We hadn't had time to really sit down & throw ideas at each other to come to a conclusion about what all needs to be done on these laptops, so we can follow-up with the customer. But that was next priority on our agenda.

Then customers come in demanding information & answers, while most of our troubleshooting is up in the air about a final answer.
Annoying when customers do that.
