Unfortunately because of traditional Chinese values most of their money went to their sons when they passed away, very little to the daughters.

Same in India. It is actually illegal to do that now, but that "tradition" still continues. It is pretty weird that the men feel they are entitled to what his dad has earned. Watching all this made me hate the concept of inheritance. I told my dad that I do not want a single penny of his money. He seemed pretty offended when I said that.

Yeah I hate the idea of inheritance. But they had a lot of money and had it been dived evenly among the children my mother would have gotten a nice chunk. Sounds cold but I didn't know my grandparents on that side. Also the sons who got most of the money were extremely disrespectful. At the end of my grandparents life they looked after them and there were even a few instances where the sons verbally and physically abused their parents (slapped them). And they STILL got most of the money.

My dad is super stingy, he keeps saving money for I don't know what. I've told him to go on cruises, buy himself a cool car, anything but he won't heed me. I'm his only heir but I'd rather him spend his money on himself.

My mother is just like that.

I was supposed to make a decent sum of inheritance from a great aunt. I used to help her out around her property all the time until a couple years before she passed.
Her brother was executor of all the stuff after she passed. He blew as much as possible as he could on fixing up the property for himself. That ate up most of what me & my sister would have gotten.
He did as much as possible to drag it out before closing on all the paperwork stuff.
So instead of getting something like 5K, I'm getting less than 1K.
The 2 houses are all torn apart in middle of being renovated, now he's throwing a shitfit about being unable to afford finishing fixing the property because it's time to cough up what's left to everyone.
Was supposed to get paid when I was 25. Am 26 now. Found out he kept lying about my age.
Am probably pushing around 50K something in debt right now. Spent some time in jail & homeless the past year. Any little bit is a great help right now, while this person I never met before did their best to screw me out of as much as possible before getting paid.
It's all fucked up.

Exactly! They have worked pretty hard.. and gave us a good start. At some point they should spend some time and money for them selves.

I sure as hell would not spend my money on kids after they graduate from college.

Both me and my father try to get my mother to spend money on herself but she refuses to.

Need to look for a job starting this coming Monday. Will apply online to a bunch of stores. Not sure what I want. May be able to go back to 7-11 for a while. Or maybe a stocking job or something.

Or maybe I should just spend the next several month studying? It's been 4+ years since I did any serious programming/math/IT work.

I assure you, chemists everywhere, that 600 is NOT a more accurate answer than 614.916.

In fact, your answer is flat out wrong, and if you try that sort of bullshit in a math class, you'll be repeating the course into eternity, you worthless morons.
