The simplest way I can sum up my job - I sell air conditioning equipment.

Customer FAIL.

Customer (annoying kid) chose all the parts for a system. I check quickly to make sure they are all compatible. Yup everything looks ok. There follows a long annoying period where he calls in every day to make some small change to the system, even after we start building it.

Get the system in today and I notice it has no side window on the case.

He chose to put a cold cathode kit in it, he called in late to add this.
