I firmly insist... if I ever find out it is burning down, I'm buying a bag of marshmallows, graham crackers, chocolate, and going to watch.

Which was the original? I seem to not understand what causes parody's to spawn.

Also found a video to watch at home... a 7+ minute country road drive featuring an LS3 Miata, with sound. :awe:

Wilwood 11" front BBK for an '01 Miata costs just $600.

Comparison: Wilwood 13" front BBK 6 piston for an '06 G35 (AWD not compatible) costs $1600.

Of course, 11" isn't an upgrade, and the LS3 swap would result in going to 17" wheels, which means 13" maximum brake size.

I don't know how brake mounting works. They have all these kits that list specific fitments, but I'm not sure why they can't be crossed onto other cars as long as the wheel offsets are okay and the bolt patterns work. You might end up having to mess with the pressures, but that should be it.

I don't like this new Google interface. One gray logo does a drop-down of everything.

So for starters, I'll bet my locked-down Firefox at home won't show it, and secondly, it's just another in a long line of these stupid ideas of let's have one menu button to drop down EVERYTHING.

No, leave all the items exposed. Yes, I know, it doesn't look as pretty, polished, finished, and sleek. But it wastes time, it's inefficient, and it's obnoxious. FUNCTION OVER FORM!!!!

Somebody dropped his car off at a 'Vette place (seriously, there were a half dozen Vettes scattered across about eight lifts), they did everything, cam, headers, FAST, pulley this, pulley that, all sorts of crap. Went from 388/376 wheels to 501/469. Betcha that cost a pretty penny in the process.
