Meh. That's an okay house. Windermere builder is A+

My parents were considering a house there. I wonder why they need more space...?

Their current house was bought at $100k - 150 going to $700,000 seems a bit much.

That kind of house is probably 2M+ here.

That's what my upgrade cycles look like. My 2x SSDs come in tomorrow :D

I ordered a bunch of case fans today to replace most of the ones in my case now. I'm going to probably keep the 3 Scythes I currently have and ditch the rest for the new fans I ordered.

I bought a box of fans to replace the ones in my hackintosh... Still sitting in the closet. I'm probably going to put them in this weekend

my place will probably fetch 550k

My parents had an offer for $220 :\

They some how didn't take it. I guess they finally realized that they are not in need of more space... especially since my sister moves out in 2 years

Are you considering moving or is this just out of curiosity?

That area of Atlanta is nothing like what people call the "deep south". That would actually be anything south / south west of macon.

I'm considering renting a place around there after college. Nothing that big but a nice 3 bed room house is what i have in mind.

unless I can land a well paying job down there, no.

plus the weather is probably not for me.

ah. Like some other AT'er said the IT related job market here is pretty awesome.

But yeah the weather kinda sucks. It's not as bad as it is down here but nothing like canada.

So far my investments look rock solid. If I pull 90% out of them I could afford a $200,000 house after a small loan.

Yeah, it aint cheap her though, 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath, 385k

I remember her parents telling us about the small town home they had. They ended up moving to TN. Her father worked for the CDC so he jumped on the first offer

Yeah this is a small townhouse, two floors (and a basement 1/2 finished)
