I also cleaned my workshop, once the computer left, I just ruthlessly trashed anything I didn't think I'd need again, merged in the parts boxes from the attic, and it's now fully usable and very clean. Looks great.

The computer part, right atop my weights pile, is trashed. I have five extremely heavy paper boxes, plus another three or four big storage boxes, that I need to go through.

Sentimentality, a walk down memory lane... versus the utter useless of much of this old stuff. A glorious miserable battle!

My camera battery finally died, after seven months and three hundred shots on a single charge, so no complaints. A few hours will make it right as rain.

I have a ton of shots of the new computer, but I need to run them through Photoshop to error check and resize before they go up. All the shots are Blood Rage, the eVGA shots will probably never emerge.

Anyways, I've been griping here about my car feeling sloppy, lots of roll, tire squeal, unusual shakes and vibrations... well, we found it!

Dad put the car's front on a jack, looked under, and starts talking.

"Okay, strut still fine, sway bar links are fine....... the sway bar is broken. You've snapped it."

Turns it, Pontiac shipped these cars with hollow tubular anti-sway bars, and then pressed the ends to form the linkage point. The linkage on the right blew apart.

We drop the car, I insist we peek under the rear, turns out the rear strut springs are rotting inside their coating, and are basically non-existent now, plus there was a fluid leaking from the inside of the shock.

Between those, it explains pretty much every handling related issue I've had for months.

The damage was NOT there during the last repair, the front shocks, and I have not hit a mega pothole since then, which means it's just being torn apart by the roads and rust.

Also, the mufflers are basically unwrapping themselves, the car is getting too loud even for me.

Facing about $500 repairs, plus $400 of new snow tires this winter.

Photoshop still copying.

I think bed will be late tonight, despite how sore I am.

Also, this car might delay the expansion CF gym, which is a problem, because it means I have to go through winter in a very cold limited gym.
