I'm just going to outline why I think I need to be paid more. I didn't get a penny extra when I moved to this position and even though they like to classify me as a programmer, I'm not -- I'm more of a systems architect and that classification commands much more money. At any rate, if they tell me no, I'll accept it and eventually move on to something else.
