If I were paid hourly, it would be different and I would work much longer hours. I learned the hard way that as an employee, working long hours gets you nothing.

This consultant was talking to me about working for his firm last week and they have insane overtime pay. I am seriously considering it once I finish these SP 2010 migrations.
