Who else would be? The Dolphins? Let me know when they manage to keep a quarterback healthy for a full season. The Bills? Hahahaha. Ha. Ha. Maybe someday they'll have a winning season again. The Jest? They talk a big game, but that's the bulk of what they have - talk talk talk.
